Ryan Richard Neal, Jr, was born into the arms of the Angels surrounded by God and his family on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 in the Sanford USD Medical Center at Sioux Falls. He was the pre-mature son born to Nikki (Johnson) & Ryan Neal Sr. of rural Clark. Private family services will be held at the Rose Hill Cemetery at Clark with Pastor Dallas Sanderson officiating.
