Rev. Robert "Pastor "Bob" Berndt

Berndt, Rev Robert C. Age 83 of Burnsville, MN peacefully died on 4-27-18. Bob lived a full long life in parish ministry. Born in St. Paul on 6-4-1934, graduated from Johnson High in St. Paul, Wartburg College and Wartburg Seminary in Iowa. Ordained a Lutheran Pastor in 1960, served 39 years in parish ministry, and continued doing interim ministry for an additional 8 years. Survived by his loving wife, Joanne (Vinnes); children, Mark (Julie), Tim (Shuhui), Kristine (Shelley) and Paul; grandchildren, Elisa (Sam), Isaac, Robert and Joshua. Memorial Service Saturday, May 5th at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley at 2pm with visitation one hour prior.
