Raymond Biel, age 68, Willow Lake, died at home early Monday morning, March 6, 2017.
Per his and his families wishes, no services will be held.
He was born Raymond Donald Biel on February 10, 1949 at Wilmot, SD, the son of Phillip Raymond and Doris Victoria Louise (Darington) Biehl. Ray attended school at Wilmot and after his schooling farmed on the family farm near Wilmot.
After he left the family farm, he began a career in trucking, short haul and long haul, ending up in Willow Lake a few years trucking for the hog buying station.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother-in-law, Donald Hegge.
Survivors include sisters, Ardith Hegge of Clinton, MN and Maryanne Birchem and a long-time friend, Debra Hayne of Willow Lake.
