Patricia Luckhurst

Patricia (Pat) A. Luckhurst, 72, of Oswego, NY, formerly of Garden City, SD, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, July 29, 2012. She was widow of Orlyn Luckhurst. She was the daughter of Robert (Eleanor Headley) Lien, former Garden City residents. Mrs. Luckhurst was predeceased by her husband, Orlyn and her parents. She is survived by her children, Bruce (Kristi) Luckhurst, Scott Luckhurst, Mark (Pam) Luckhurst, Susan Luckhurst (Rave' Raman); six grandchildren, Austin, Alec, Tyler, Jordan, Sanjay, and Daven; brother Richard (Brenda) Lien; her step-mother, Lois Lien of Clark and several nieces and nephews. Pat was an avid gem, mineral and fossil collector and passionate gardener. She loved to show her culinary skills cooking for everyone she met. She treasured her time with family, friends, and animals both wild and tame. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 4th at 2:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 11AM in the Furness Funeral Home Chapel at Clark. Burial will take place in the Piedmont Cemetery at Piedmont, SD.
