Pat (Bludorn) Maynard, age 54 of Henry passed away at her home on Tuesday evening, April 29, 2008, after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 11AM in the South Lake Church of Christ at Watertown with burial following in the South Elrod Cemetery, Elrod, SD. The Pastor Randy Julian will officiate. Nancy Maynard will be the pianist. The soloist will be Dennis Peterson. Casketbearers will be Jason and Josh Maynard, Justin Fuller, Donny and Greg Solum, David Bludorn and Ronnie Aaker. Visitation hours will be Friday at the Furness Funeral Home in Clark from 5-7 PM. Visitation will continue at the Church 1 hour preceding services on Saturday. Patricia Ann Bludorn was born January 4, 1954 at Watertown, SD, the daughter of Dale and Ruth (Solum) Bludorn. She attended school in Florence graduating from Florence High School in 1972. On July 30, 1977 she was united in marriage to Mark Maynard of Henry. To this union three children were born, Trisha, Mandy and Brad. Pat was a member of the South Lake Church of Christ of Watertown, SD. She was baptized in the United Methodist Church at Florence. Pat especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards and cooking in her spare time. Pat was famous amongst family and friends for her witty sense of humor and good natured personality. Survivors include her husband Mark of Henry, children, Trisha (Sam) Rieffenberger of Watertown, Mandy (Mike) Lodmel of Warner, and Brad (Mandy) Maynard of Henry, five grandchildren, Sydney and Jackson Maynard, Alex and Elizabeth Rieffenberger, and Lawson Lodmel; her parents, Dale and Ruth Bludorn of Henry; and siblings, Rich (Karen) Bludorn of Cincinnati, OH, Tom (Charlene) Bludorn of Watertown, Jerry (Tammie) Bludorn of Webster, Larry Bludorn of Omaha, NE and Cindy (Steve) Anderson of Henry and many nieces and nephews. Also surviving her are her in-laws, Wayne and Barbara Maynard of Clark, Linda (Maynard) & Wayne Fuller of Vienna and John & Connie Maynard of Clark.
