Jeri Lee Wall

Jeri Wall, age 72, of Clark, died Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Sanford USD Medical Center of Sioux Falls with family by her side.

A visitation will be held at Furness Funeral Home of Clark on Friday, January 3, 2025, from noon to 2:00 PM with a prayer service at 2:00 PM with Celebrant Richard Baumberger.

Jeri Wall, age 72, of Clark, died Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Sanford USD Medical Center of Sioux Falls with family by her side.

Jeri Lee Wall was born on July 12, 1952 in McMinnville, OR, to parents Robert and Ethel (Berry) Allen.  She grew up and attended school in the area.

Jeri worked as a secretary for many years and then attended Lynn Benton Community College to obtain her Bachelor's Degree.  Jeri also served her country proudly in the US Army National Guard.  Following her military career, she was a pharmacy technician for several years. On December 12, 1973, she married Mike Wall.  To this union, four children were born.  The couple later divorced.

Jeri was an avid reader, especially enjoying Stephen King novels. She was a very intelligent woman who loved to travel, particularly trips to the beach when she lived in Oregon. Jeri had a wonderful sense of humor and spending time with her family made her very happy. Her family will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Alex Wall.

Left behind are her children, Heather (Matt) Mohr and Jacob Wall, all of Clark, Isaiah (Amanda) Wall and Zebadiah Wall, all of Oregon, eight grandchildren, Kylie TeKrony, Lane Looney, Hunter Looney, Gannon Mohr, Jasmin Wall, Isabel Wall, Dylan Wall, and Samantha Wall,  and four great-grandchildren, Aurora TeKrony, Grayson Looney, Lia Rose Looney, and Callan Looney.  Jeri is also survived by her siblings, Janet Marmon, James Allen and Judy Allen.

Furness Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
