He became known to many as Jimmy or Jim where he began school in Clark and then graduated from Clark High School in 1984. He attended Southwest State University and then attended the Mitchell Technical Institute. In the late 1980's, Jim moved to Arizona where he lived and worked for many years. He was united in marriage to Stephanie Lang and to this union a son, Bret, was born. Recently he had moved to Reno, NV where he worked as a wire splicer for a communications company. Jim had returned to live in Clark with his parents in 2010. Some of his hobbies included hunting waterfowl, big game and pheasants. Second to none though was his love of golfing, starting at a very young age and continuing to recent times. While at home, he enjoyed watching television, especially the golf channel and the Minnesota Twins. He also enjoyed times spent going to a Vikings game in Minneapolis. Grateful for having shared in his life are his parents, Keith and Joyce Warren, a brother, David and LeAnn Warren all of Clark, his son, Bret Warren of Reno, NV, a nephew, Brock Warren and a niece Shantel Warren both of Clark, aunts, uncles and cousins and a host of friends.
