Frank Joseph Clemente, age 47, Garden City, SD died at his home in Garden City early this morning, November 26, 2004 from complications due to cancer. He was born in Germany on May 9, 1957. He grew to adulthood in Waterbury, Connecticut. He married Margaret "Peggy" Joyce on Valentines Day. In 1975 he enlisted in the Armed Forces, joining the US Army. In 1995 he moved with his family to Ladson, South Carolina where owned and operated a auto body paint and repair shop. He had been an auto body man for 27 years, loving to restore the old muscle cars. While living in South Carolina he enjoyed family vacations in the mountains of Tennessee and working in his auto shop. He was a true inspiration to many people he met for his strong faith in God. The family moved to Garden City in mid October of this year. Survivors inslude his wife Margaret (Peggy) of Garden City and children Alana McNickle and husband Mason of Bath, SD, Kellie Hiers and husband Shane of South Carolina and Katie and Frankie Clemente at home in Garden City; his mother and a sister both of Florida. He also leaves three grandchildren, Madison, Harley and Kennedy. Preceding him in death was his Father. Memorial services will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation. The Furness Funeral Home of Clark is serving the family.
