Faye Bjerke

Faye Bjerke, age 83 of Sioux Falls and formerly of Clark passed away on February 2, 2012. Her Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clark, SD. The Reverend Robin Schaunaman will officiate. Dorothy Fuller will be the organist. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Clark. Faye was born to Raymond and Lillian (Rohlfsen) Hatterman on August 27, 1928 in Primghar, Iowa. On October 25, 1979, Faye married Glen Bjerke. Faye worked for Citizens Bank in Clark as a Loan Officer and cashier. Faye is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Terrence) Keller of Selby, SD; son, Paul Straub of Watertown, SD; grandchildren; Brett (Lyndsay) Keller (great-grandson, Landon Keller), Aaron Keller and friend, Rea Stroh all of Sioux Falls; Keller; sisters: Lois (Carl) Olson, Betty (Orlynn) Koehlmoos and Mavis (Wesley) Rehder and brother, Alvin (Colleen) Hatterman. Faye was preceded in death by her Parents and husband, Glen.
