Eleanore Maria Hollins-Stevens

Eleanore Maria Hollins-Stevens, age 94, of Watertown. She was the widow of Stanley Stevens, a former Crocker/Florence resident. She died on Sunday, January 18, 2004 in the Jenkins Living Center at Watertown. No formal services are being planned. Burial will be in the Prairie Hill Cemetery at Bradley. She was born on June 23, 1909 at Omaha, Nebraska, the daughter of Grove and Hannah Hulphers. She attended school in the Omaha area before moving to California. In 1983 she was united in marriage to Stanley Stevens in Oregon and in 1990 they moved to SOuth Dakota living in the Corcker/Florence and Watertown areas. Mr. Stevens died in 2000. Survivors include three daughters, Delores Dale and husband Sam of Fallbrook, CA, Shirley Profeta and husband John of La Quinta, CA and Ginger (Virginia) Scholl and husband Jerry of Pendleton, OR and stgep-children, Sara Childs, Vera Stevens, Jerry Stevens and Mary Jo Linebarger and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, husbands and a daughter Bee(Bernice) Schoeneman. Furness Funeral Home of Clark is serving the family.
