David Allen Dickinson

David A. Dickinson, age 51, Eureka, SD and St. Helena Island, SC, died on Thursday, September 20, 2007 from injuries due to an automobile accident near Bradley, SD. At the request of his family no formal services are being planned following cremation. David Allen Dickinson was born on April 5, 1951 at Endicott, NY, the son of Ethan and Dorothy (Lauffer) Dickinson. He was united in marriage to Shari Lea Moore on April 5, 1986. To this union a daughter, Emmy Lou was born. The couple has lived in South Carolina until moving to Eureka recently. He throughly enjoyed the outdoors and guiding and hunting pheasants. Raising purebred Golden Retrievers was something he was very proud of. Among survivors are his wife, daughter and 2 step-children.
