Carol Strahan

Carol L. Strahan, age 59, Clark, died on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Prairie Lakes Hospital at Watertown after suffering from apparent heart complications at home Saturday morning.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Furness Funeral Home Chapel at Clark with Reverend Kevin Petersen officiating. There will be a private burial.

Carol L. Strahan was born on September 15, 1956 at Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Jim Nutter and Teresa Carolyn Phillips. Carol lived in Minneapolis for a time where she was employed by Metro Transit Commission. She later moved to Clark, South Dakota. Carol married Matthew Strahan.

Carol enjoyed watching wrestling and "Walker, Texas Ranger". She also enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and loved to write letters.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a daughter, Carolyn Nutter.

Survivors include her stepfather, Richard Phillips, her husband Matthew Strahan of twenty plus years, sons, Richard Nutter, Sr., and Timothy Nutter, stepson Travis Strahan, brothers, Jimmie Nutter, Donny Nutter and Danny Nutter, sisters, Chris Nutter, Cathy Nutter, and Cindy Phillips and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
