(Haug) Heitland. She attended school at Willow Lake graduating from Willow Lake High School in 1954. On September 11, 1955 she was united in marriage to Marlo LeRoy Froke at the Presbyterian Church in Willow Lake. The couple lived and farmed north of Willow Lake until moving into town in 1978 into a home Marlo had built with Wayne Tellinghuisen. Over the years Adele has worked for Maxi Switch at Erwin, the Willow Lake Café, Parkview Care Center at Bryant and owned and operated Adele's Ceramics. In addition to her work out in the communities, she loved helping on the farm, being a farmwife, raising chickens and loving chickens all over the farm. Second to none though was her love of being a mother, which was first and foremost in her life. She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church at Willow Lake where she had served as a Visiting Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and was active in the Ladies Aid. Adele was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Willow Lake. In her spare time she enjoyed ceramics, flowers and gardening, camping and traveling, embroidery, being a fan of the Minnesota Twins and collecting Chicken décor- literally hundreds of pieces of chicken décor! Spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren though was her fondest moments spent in free time. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Marlo on May 17, 2013, brothers-in-law: Curtis Froke, Bill Grimm, Harold Froke, Dick Glanzer, Melford Froke and Wayne Benson. Survivors include her sons, Nordean (Val) Froke, Nolan (Deb) Froke, and Norlan (Marcie) Froke all of Willow Lake, 7 grandchildren, Travis (Jessica), Troy (Emily), Todd (Sandi), Jenica (Wes), Jena Lee (Dan), Randy (Sara), and Ronnie; 10 great-grandchildren, Charlie, Cole, Wyatt, Shelby, Terrance, Madelynn, James, Dominic, Damon, and Dylan, 5 step-grandchildren and 16 step-great-grandchild. Adele also leaves sisters-in-law, Thelma Froke of Brandon, Betty Grimm of Willow Lake, Karleen Froke of Madison, Cleo Glanzer of Miller, Phyllis Froke and Wanda Benson, both of Watertown.
